LY Team

Who we are
We are Lady Yotas a nationwide, women-only Toyota and Lexus community made up of over 15,000 fierce, fearless, and trail-loving women.
From the backwoods to the border, we’re wrenching, wheeling, learning, and leading together. We believe in showing up just as we are diverse, bold, curious, creative, and lifting each other every step of the way. Whether you’re new to off-roading or a seasoned overlander, there’s a seat at the table and a spot on the trail for you here.
We don’t just drive Toyotas, we build them. We learn them. We trust them.
Lady Yotas connects women to professional off-road safety classes, auto education workshops, and trusted mechanics like L&C Trucks in Oregon City, who offer exclusive discounts to our members. From casual trail rides to full-blown adventures, we’re building skills and confidence together, with zero judgment.
You’ll find us repping hard in our Lady Yotas hoodies, tanks, decals, and tees, because style and horsepower can ride together. We started in the Pacific Northwest, but this movement is now coast to coast, growing fast with chapters, and trail crews forming across the U.S.
So if you’re ready to turn your Toyota into more than a ride, if you’re looking for connection, community, and a whole lot of good trouble.. come roll with us. 🛻💨
🩷🖤🤙🏾

What are we about?
Lady Yotas is a ladies-only Toyota and Lexus adventure group built on horsepower, heart, and a whole lot of sisterhood.
We’re a nationwide (and growing!) crew of women who love our rigs and believe that off-roading should be just as fun, inclusive, and empowering as it is muddy. Whether you’re brand new to the trail or a seasoned pro, you’re accepted here.
We host beginner-friendly trail rides, get dirty on off-road adventures, and throw in plenty of family-friendly meetups, and educational classes (yes, you can learn how to fix a flat, change a tire, and handle your own out there).
But it’s not just about the cars & trucks, it’s about the tribe. At our core, Lady Yotas is about showing up for one another. We’ve got each other’s backs on and off the trail, and that support turns into lifelong friendships, laughs, and memories that don’t wash off with the mud.
We’re rooted across the U.S. and Canada and now we’re making global moves too. From cruising the coast of Alaska to kicking back in Puerto Vallarta, we plan epic travel experiences where our love for Toyota turns into worldwide connection.
We keep it drama-free, and dude-free. No politics, no spam, no pyramid schemes, just a bunch of Toyota-lovin’ ladies getting together for a grand ol’ time.
So whether you’re here for the wheeling or wisdom, welcome. You’re one of us now! 🤙🏾
Nia - Founder
We didn’t find the community we were looking for, so we built it 🤙🏾
I’ve spent the last 25 years rooted in the Pacific Northwest, but it wasn’t until after I sustained a life-changing injury that I truly found my calling. Off-roading became my outlet. My freedom. My way of pushing past limitations and rewriting the rules on what life after disability could look like.
That journey lit a fire in me. I wanted to find other women who loved their Toyotas and wanted to chase adventure, confidence, and connection just as hard. But when I couldn’t find that space? I built it.
Lady Yotas was co-founded by two Toyota-loving women, myself and my best friend Kymberlee, who knew there had to be more. More connection. More representation. More women who weren’t afraid to get dirty, climb hills, cross borders to connect, and do it all in their Yotas.
What started as a few women on the trails has turned into a nationwide movement. Lady Yotas is now a sisterhood of drivers, builders, adventurers, and leaders of women in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond, all connected by a shared love for Toyota.
We’re not just off-roading. We’re traveling the world together. In 2024, close to 50 Lady Yotas from across the country met up in Seattle and cruised to Alaska. This year? We’re headed to Puerto Vallarta. Our Toyotas are more than just trucks, they’re the spark that’s igniting friendships, freedom, and purpose in ways this space has never seen before.
This is a movement. This is legacy in motion.
We’re Lady Yotas, and we’re just getting started. 👑

Jessica -- Social Media Manager
Seeking camaraderie and connection, I joined Lady Yotas in November 2022, for the community of like-minded women who share my passion for Toyota vehicles and adventure. Since becoming a member, I have forged lifelong friendships, and I am drawn to the group’s welcoming atmosphere, amazing women, the group that has outlasted them all. These bonds have enriched my journeys, whether I am navigating a scenic byway in Lady Onyx through a national park with my husband, preserving the summer’s bounty, or guiding my children through life’s adventures. My life is a tapestry of modern ambition, timeless values, and meaningful connections, weaving together my love for travel, photography, creativity, family, and community into a story that inspires those around me.

Sara - Recruitment & Regional Development Manager
I’m originally from Indiana, moved to Oregon when I was 2. 90% family still live there. I have an older sister who 10 years old (who has a 2021 Toyota Highlander) and a baby brother who 10 years younger than me (who unfortunately has a Subaru).
My first Toyota was a 2007 Yaris. It was very basic. But it lasted me 16 years + before I got my new baby 21’ hybrid Highland platinum (want something that had all the bells and whistles after having 2 cars with manually lock and windows). At the time I was working two jobs so I wanted something that was good on gas and big enough for my husky. I joined the group in 23’ via my best friends with her Red 4Runner. So I’m a true OG 😎 and to the LY’s, I’m know as Chef, because I throw down in the kitchen 🤙
I’ve been in the culinary industry for 20 years now. And been a chef for meals on wheels in Lake Oswego for 15 years now. I enjoy crocheting, cake decorating, cheesecakes and I’m going to school for senior nutrition.
I am so excited to assume my new role as, Recruitment and regional development manager and help grow the amazing
